One man in hat stands on railing and peers into window while the other one looks out over another railing to the street. The address of the building they are at reads: "1924".
Former Redondo Beach school superintendent Elliot B. Thomas has been sentenced to serve one to fourteen years at San Quentin Penitentiary for the forgery of pay vouchers drawn against the County Treasury. He has misappropriated approximately $10,000. He also faked his own kidnapping before he returned and confessed.
