Artist Maroussia Valero was born in St Petersburg, Russia. Valero was a resident of Los Angeles in 1932.
Artist Maroussia Valero seated before her painting of a nude woman sleeping in a chair which is draped in the woman's open robe and there is a small doll on the floor beside the chair. The large canvass is unframed. Marouissa's signature is visible in the lower left corner of the painting.
