Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Vogel was walking home with a male friend when she was kidnapped. Her companion was attacked and left behind when Vogel was taken away in the attackers' car. Police found Vogel while the attack was still going on and her alleged attackers were arrested that night. They were; Earnest Ramirez, Cecilia Licon, Ramon Roucho, and Ramon Pena.
