From left to right, Baron Maxilmilian von Romberg and Baroness Emily (Hall) von Romberg pose in an alley at center. Both face slightly left. Baron von Romberg wears a long, checkered coat while he holds a hat in one hand and a booklet in the other. A large fur coat hangs over Baroness von Romberg's visible arm. Behind and to the right of them, the side of a building stretches into the background. Directly behind them, a staircase extends upwards along the outside of the building. Cars park down the alley that extends into the distance at left.
