Text from accompanying press release: ASSOCIATED PRESS PHOTO CAUTION WATCH CREDIT LA 1239 FROM LOS ANGELES UUDGE [sic] EMMET WILSON, OF LOS ANGELE, WHO SENTENCED YOUNG MRS THELMA HOLLAND, WHO IS AN EXPECTANT MOTHER, TO PRISON FOR POSSESSING A STILL. MANY PROTESTS WERE MADE. LATER COURT SET ASIDE JUDGEMENT, ALLOWING A NOT GUILTY PLEA TO BE ENTERED FOR TRIAL. MRS HOLLAND HAD PLEADED GUILTY TO THE CHARGE. -JH-7/31/29 MISS.R.WEST CX & NY NEGS
