Dr. Wallach is accused of manslaughter after the death of Mrs. Aileen Minnie Farnum following a face rejuvenation treatment, also accused of responsibility are Christmas E. White, beauty operator, and Annie Aeberli, a nurse.
Leonard Wilson and Dr. Wallach sit together, a courtroom of people mingling behind them.
