Frank Finley Merriam was an American politician who served as the 28th governor of California from 1934 until 1939. L to R ;Frederick P. Woellner, Milo Bekins, Eloise Bekins, and Frank F. Merriam seated at banquet table. Milo Bekins was partner and general manager of Bekins Moving and Storage Company, founded by his father, Martin Bekins. Frederick P.
