McComb stands, facing towards Judge Wood at left. He looks down towards a book he holds in his left hand and raises his right hand. Behind and between them, Judge Guy F. Bush stands at center. He faces towards camera, but turns towards H. Parker Wood. Bookshelves line the wall at left and a hallway extends behind the justices at center.
