The 22 men on the left side of the room gather in front of Biscailuz's desk. Most of these men are unidentifiable.
Text from newspaper caption: Law Enforcement Agents Hear Sheriff Biscailuz Outline Plans for Kidnap Hunt All law enforcement agencies in Southern California, including Federal secret service operatives, sheriffs and their deputies in every county, the police forces of every city and town, the southern divisions of the State Highway Patrol and the township constabulary, are co-operating in the greatest man-hunt in the history of the Southland, which has for its main objective the safe return of William F. Gettle, millionaire Beverly Hills mining man, to his home, and as its second objective the capture not only of the two men who abducted Gettle Wednesday night from his country place in Arcadia, but also the accomplices who are believed to be working with them. Sheriff Biscailuz is the directing head of the man-hunt, and in the photograph above some of the fifty leaders of the various law enforcement agencies who gathered in his office yesterday are shown listening to him outline plans on how to make their co-operation most effective.
