Two men on train platform. One holds a briefcase. There is a train behind them and a few people as well. Jacob Berman is definitely not in the picture contrary to what is written on the photo.
fter serving time in the Leavenworth Penitentiary and the San Francisco County Jail on charges of mail fraud Berman has been released on a Presidential clemency order. He will soon return to his home in New York.
