A cloud of smoke from a fire in Griffith Park billows over the park's hills in the distance. It is viewed from an elevated perspective. Below the camera's sight line, treetops line the bottom edge. A winding road emerges from the treetops at left. A hill rises in the near distance at right. Atop the hill, a few figures are visible standing on its ridge at far right. Flames can be seen near the hill's peak. Beyond the hill, an opaque cloud of dark smoke rises at center and drifts to the right.
