Hollenbeck, dual resident of Los Angeles and Welton, Arizona, given in concurrence with Aimee Semple McPherson's disappearance/kidnapping. The document puts forward Hollenbeck's sworn account of his whereabouts from May 18, 1926 through July 10, 1926. The document is dated July 10, 1926 and is signed by both H. D.
