At the 1934 annual meeting of the Los Angeles Realty Board, N. J. Cordary was the retiring president, B. O. Miller was the incoming president, Mason Case was the incoming secretary-treasurer, John E. Coffin received a service award, and Chester Rowell, journalist and associate editor of the San Francisco Chronicle, was the guest speaker. The meeting was held at the Biltmore Hotel.
