David Weir was the assistant manager of the National Association of Credit Men. A. A. Normandin was head of the of the Los Angeles Credit Men's Association, while Ernest I. Kilcup was head of the National Association of Credit Men. Henry H. Heimann also held the position of executive director of the National Association. J. M. Rust represented the Union Oil Company.
