Arthur C. Burch (center) arrives at the Los Angeles county Courthouse where he and Madalynne Obenchain are being tried for the murder of J. Belton Kennedy.

Burch, along with Obenchain, had been accused and acquitted of the murder of J. Belton Kennedy in 1921.
