Ambrose O'Connell was a special assistant and executive assistant to United States Postmaster General James Farley from 1933 to 1939. Ambrose O'Connell, Amon G. Carter and Henry B. R. Briggs (Postmaster of Los Angeles) dine together, a fourth to the right is cut off the screen. Bread is set out in the middle, as well as a menu.
