This photograph may have been taken when John W. O'Leary--banker, manufacturer, and president of the United States Chamber of Commerce--arrived in Los Angeles from Oklahoma City on the Southern Pacific with his wife Alice O'Leary and David A. Skinner, secretary of the Western Division Chamber of Commerce, on December 4, 1925. Mr. O'Leary spent the day in Los Angeles, where he met with he Southern Division Chambers of Commerce and was briefed on business conditions in the region.
