Tapia Praises it as Surpassing Scene," 14 Feb. 1930: A1. The State Department of Agriculture display at the National Orange Show. The display features a diorama labeled "Border Inspection," which shows the image of a car being inspected by border patrol. On the bottom, there are two displays, one of which is labeled, "Shipping Security." The interior of the mammoth show place is a mass of oranges arranged in a score of attractive designs. Exhibitors from all over the Southland are entered in the San Bernardino event.
