A jury is left to determine whether or not James Martin's marble game at his store on Spring street is in violation of gambling laws. The fate of 1500 marble games in Los Angeles rest in their decision. Lloyd Federmeyer played the game in front of the court to show that skill and not chance affects the marble games and Federmeyer performed several spectacular stunts. Judge Paonessa and Prosecutor Randolph Kerr carefully observe the surface of the marble-game machine as Lloyd Federmeyer gleefully plays.
