Admiral William Pratt and Vice Admiral Pratt, who will guide the destinies of the United States Naval fleet for the next two years, will official [sic] assume their posts on May 31st. Admiral Pratt, retiring head of the battle fleet will succeed Admiral Henry A. Wiley, as Commander in Chief of the entire U.S. Navy, while Admiral Louis McCoy Nulton, now commanding the battle ship divisions, will take Admiral Pratt's post as head of the battle fleet.
