Photo was taken on a golf course, golf balls are strewn across the course and cars are parked along the side behind Mrs. Leona Pressler. She is wearing a brimmed hat with a ribbon band, a diamond-patterned cardigan, and a knee length skirt. She is showing her follow-through.
This photograph appears in a close-cropped form in "Mrs. Pressler at Del Monte," Los Angeles Times, 02 Aug 1929: 10.
Leona E. Pressler was Harry Pressler's first wife. They divorced and she married Louis D. Cheney in November 1931, becoming Mrs. L. D. Cheney (Mrs. Louis Cheney, Mrs. Leona Cheney) in later articles. Harry Pressler was also remarried by 1933.
