Ray Radke sits sideways in a chair, right arm resting on the back of the chair. He holds a cigarette in his right hand. He is wearing a light colored suit, and a darker colored tie with light polka dots. An unidentified man is standing next to him, holding up blank sheets of paper behind Radke's head.
Ray Radke was the secretary of Charles H. Crawford, politician. Crawford and Herbert F. Spencer, a magazine executive, were murdered May 20, 1931. Radke was a witness. David H. Clark was charged with the double homicide. He was found not guilty.
