Photo is a view of the front of a house, probably designed by the architect John Lindsay. The house is modern in design, two stories, with large windows throughout. In front of the house grass and other plants are seen. The negative sleeve lists the address as "12624 Sunset Blvd" but the address appears to have changed to "12628 Sunset Blvd".

The house was probably designed by John C. Lindsay, a southern California architect. Lindsay was associated with at least two the firms: Palmer, Krisel & Lindsey, A.I.A. for a brief time around 1952; and John C. Lindsay and Associates. Lindsay was married to the actress Diana Lynn, and then the actress June Lockhart, with both marriages ending in divorce.
Text from negative sleeve:"Philbin, John Lindsay, #12624 Sunset Blvd, Brentwood, Photographed 10 AM, May 5, 1953, Adelbert Bartlett, 53515 [?], Santa Monica, Ex 58977".
