King, ventriloquist, sits to the right on stage with her dummy (ventriloquial figure) in her lap, while three child actresses stand posed in doll like stances. Two are dressed as ballerinas, one wears a dress and pinafore, and another is dressed as a Chinese doll. A fourth child actress stands on pointe. Also seen are various pieces of furniture and dolls. This image is possibly related to the June 3, 1955 L.A. Times article "Ventriloquist to Head Show for Crippled Children".
