Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. Text from negative sleeve: 15-30, Rigoletto, #30 Ludwig-Porta, April 6/7/56, S.M. OPERA, Porta - Ludwig, Vivaldi - Haley, cruise, Brut Two opera singers, one man and a woman, dressed as Romanies (Gypsies). Two chairs, a table, a candle, a wine jug, and a basket are also visible. The location may be Barnum Hall. The actors appear to have been photographed behind a pane of glass, made evident by the reflections seen. The written number 23 can be seen in the lower left hand corner of the photo.
