Text from newspaper caption: They Flew Plane Returning Illustrious Dead: These men flew the bodies of Will Rogers and Wiley Post into Union Air Terminal last night. Left to right they are William A. Winston, pilot; J. L. Fleming, junior pilot; T. W. Dowling, assistant superintendent of communications; Tom Ward, engineer, and Capt. Joe Crosson, hero-flyer, who brought the bodies out of Alaska. The plane also carried Col. Clarence M. Young, general manager of the Pacific Coast division of Pan American.
