Eddie Cantor, in Roman toga and flower headdress, and Ann Harding, in high-collared gown decorated with pearls, with satin cape and pearl headdress, holding bouquet of roses, both looking upward, on tile or brick floor with wooden bench in background. The fund raising event was held at Gilmore Stadium (now the site of CBS Television City, by the Farmer's Market).
