Los Angeles Times, 25 Feb. 1936 The atricla states: "… three costumes designed by Vera West: … a negligee of 'Sutter’s Gold' satin worn by Priscilla Lawson …" Related to Los Angeles Times article, February 26, 1936, "Smart Styles of ‘Times’ First Annual Spring Fashion Show Thrill Throngs" Priscilla Lawson, in long satin robe with train, self-fabric belt, and fur trim at sleeves, collar, and hood. The location of this photograph may be the roof terrace of the Los Angeles Times Building. The fashion show took place in the Los Angeles Times building (competed in 1935 and located at 202 West 1st Street) most likely inside what is now the Harry Chandler Auditorium.
