The closing chapters of the mad piracy voyage of the yacht Aafje which cost the life of Dwight L. Faulding, Santa Barbara hotel man, in a murder by Jack Morgan, later slain by members of his crew, are scheduled to be written next week in Federal court. … [Robert] Horne and [George] Spernak threw Morgan to the sharks as a defense measure to save their own lives and those of three women and a child aboard the ill-fated schooner. …
