Photograph of people seated in the courtyard of the House of Hospitality at the California Pacific International Exposition The Foreign Liberal Arts Building, designed by Carleton Monroe Winslow, was a "temporary" building created for the Panama California Exposition of 1915-1916. It was significantly remodeled by Richard S. Requa in 1933-1936 and was renamed the House of Hospitality for the California Pacific International Exposition.
