The article states: Charles A. Ballreich … had a busy day yesterday. At 11 a.m. he … was sworn in as the city’s newest Municipal Court judge. At 6 p.m. in was in Georgia-street Receiving Hospital, the victim of a traffic accident at Third and Hill streets.
