Ray Capt Police Text from newspaper caption: For decreasing traffic deaths in Orange county from sixty in 1932 to forty in 1933, the Orange county squad of the State Motor Patrol, headed by Capt. H. C. Meehan, yesterday was awarded the California State Chamber of Commerce silver trophy given annually to the squad with the best safety record. The presentation was made at a luncheon meeting of the State chamber held in the State Building at Exposition Park. Below (left to right) C. C.
