Four photographs of different people on the ranch, horses appear in some of the photos. Mrs. EC. Converse is in first three photos and Mr. EC. Converse is in first one.
Edward C. Converse (aka Edmund C. Converse, Jr.) is one of three heirs to a fortune of more than $100,000,000 from his father's death.
First photograph appears in the article, "Cowboy is Multimillionaire," Los Angeles Times, 05 Feb 1922: II1.
On the property of the original Mexican land grant of Rancho Santa Paula y Saticoy. The ranch was purchaseed by Edmund C. Converse, Jr. in 1908.
