The Central Block is at the top half of the photo and shows pedestrians, horse-drawn vehicles and a trolley being pulled by a horse, with municipal offices and storefronts. The Lanfranco Block is shown on the bottom half of the photo. This half of the photo also shows pedestrians, several storefront businesses and a horse-drawn carriage. A trolley can be seen in the lower right corner.
