From the confession: "I, J. B. McNamara, defendant in the case of the people against McNamara and others having hereto... plead guilty to the crime of murder... to make this statement of facts concering the same..."
J. B. McNamara, with help from his brother, was sentenced to life in prison for bombing the LA Times building in 1910.
