Vice-Admiral Thomas T. Craven and Mrs. Thomas T. Craven (Antoinette Craven) stand in line next to unidentified guests (second and third person from the left, respectively). Vice-Admiral and Mrs. Craven are in formal attire, the Vice-Admiral is in a U.S. Navy Service Dress Blue uniform. The other guests are in similar attire. Mrs. Craven and the person to the other side of her are holding bouquets of flowers. The deck is decorated with plants and lanterns in the background.
