Legal document from George P. Shaw stating that affadavit from Clara Phillips is a true copy. This document was created during the same time when The U.S. was having difficulty extraditing Clara Phillips back to the U.S. after the Supreme Court of Honduras ruled she was free. The American Consulate Seal is attached to certification document.
