Former president of the American Bar Association, Scott M. Loftin, is seated third from the left and newly elected president William L. Ransom is seated in the center. The other members of the executive committee, in no order, are: Charles L. Miller, Robert Tunstell, Forney Johnson, Murray Shoemaker, Cassius Gates, J. W. Allen, Edgar Daly, James R. Keegan, Claire Bird, James H. Corbitt, Frank T. Bosel, and Jacob M. Lashly.
The names of the executive committee are listed in the Los Angeles Times article, "Bar Condemns A.A.A. Move to ban Tax Recovery Suits," from July 20, 1935.
