Text from newspaper caption: More than a score of draftsmen are working on details of the union passenger terminal. Here is a group of them headed by Ernest Markus, left, chief of the drafting room, and his assistant, Clinton Bockemohle. Assurances were given yesterday that the structure will be completed and ready for use by railroads and public in the spring of 1938.
