The Oteros, Vilaubi, and Ruiz are wearing traditional Mexican and Spanish clothing. Behind them are other people and the Plaza Church. This photograph was probably taken during the Old Plaza Mission Restoration Fiesta at the Mission Plaza on August 5, 1935.
