Charles Lynch was a sculptor who was accused of assault with a deadly weapon when he allegedly used his sculptor's knife to stab Al Spencer.
Attorney Hal R. Clark (left) is seated next to his client, Charles B. Lynch. Clark is turned to face Lynch, right arm resting on the desk, left arm braced on the chair arm. Lynch has his arms folded and is leaning forward onto the desk.
