Text from newspaper caption: GLENDALE COUPLE ADOPT YOUNGSTER Charles William Horn, 16 months of age, who became the adopted son of Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Horn, Glendale, yesterday. He is shown with Sophie Levitt, secretary to Superior Judge Blake, who issued necessary papers. When she "filed" him in filing cabinet, Bill took keys so he wouldn't be locked up.
