Names spelled incorrectly on negative and negative sleeve. Correct names are Philip Toll Hill and Buron Fitts.
Philip Toll Hill, new postmaster of Santa Monica, shaking hands with District Attorney Buron Fitts by an office doorway. Hill is looking at Fitts. Fitts is looking off to the side at neither Hill or the camera.

Before becoming postmaster of Santa Monica, Hill was a special investigator and prosecutor of insurance and corporation fraud in District Attorney Fitts' office.
