Lynch, 35-year-old studio sculptor who stabbed her friend Al Spencer in a hotel lobby on Melrose Avenue last July 21. Night clerk Jack Lannon testified that he had to bite Lynch to make him drop the knife after stabbing Spencer in the back due to an altercation.
