Portrait photograph of Gabor De Bessenyey, the chancellor of the floating campus, Inter-Oceanic University. Forty students enrolled in the university were to sail on E.L. Doheny's yacht, Caslana, for a 10-month world tour. De Bessenyey resigned from his position on August 6, 1935 amidst a grand theft investigation of the university president, David Graham Fischer.
