Carr, father of her baby born last December, assaulted her in her home on multiple times, and after the baby was born with the help of Kiralla's mother and Carr's wife Mrs. Sarah Carr, Mr. Carr took the baby on the assertion that the baby was dead and the body needed to be disposed of.
