William May Garland was a real estate tycoon who had a significant impact on Los Angeles and in bringing the 1932 Summer Olympics to the city.
William May Garland and fellow real estate business man Hal G. Hotchkiss eating at Casa Del Rey Moro. They are also accompanied by William Garland's son Jack (John) and his wife Mrs. Jack Garland.
