Schaefle is celebrating the anniversary of over 40 years as the pastor of Pico Heights Congregational Church and the Hyde Park Congregational Church. When Rev. Schaefle first came to California in 1884 he was pastor of churches at Sacramento and Santa Ana before coming to Los Angeles.
