Hahn, Los Angeles attorney. Williams has his left hand on Hahn's left shoulder, and is holding his right hand out, palm up. Hahn is smiling and reaching into his right pants pocket. Williams wears a bow tie and suit. Hahn wears a dotted tie and suit, and carries a large envelope under his left arm. An ottoman, desk, and telephone can be seen behind them. Possibly Frank Solomon, aka Kid Williams, who was once the world's welterweight champion boxer, but later became a Spanish interpreter for California's Superior Courts. Solomon lived in Los Angeles.
