Mrs. Hatch relaxes in a chair and smiles for the camera. She has curly black hair and wears a ring on her right index finger.
Mrs. Hatch was accosted by two men who forced themselves into her car and made her drive to a secluded street. Alarmed by her cries, they fled. Chief of Police Davis has decided to organize a new special squadron in wake of the incident.
